2025 Connexa Real Estate September 15, 2025
Six months ago, I wasn’t searching for the next shiny tool. I was searching for a lifeline.
I was burned out, juggling the nonstop demands of running a real estate business, and operating on fumes. That’s when I stumbled into the world of AI.
At first, I was skeptical. ChatGPT sounded like a novelty—something for writing poems or answering trivia, not solving the challenges of real estate. But then I tried it on a task that normally drained me: writing a listing description.
What usually took me 30 minutes came back in under two—and it was good. That was my wake-up call.
From that moment on, I leaned in. Hard.
That single experiment led me down a rabbit hole. Within weeks, I built a custom GPT that could create:
Full listing descriptions
Automated email campaigns
Video scripts for YouTube and Instagram
Scroll-stopping social media posts
Long-form blog articles
A full content calendar
What used to take hours now takes minutes. And the best part? I wasn’t just saving time—I was buying back mental energy.
Like many entrepreneurs, I think out loud. Instead of letting my ideas vanish into the air—or worse, keeping them bottled up—I started recording my rants and brain dumps.
Then I fed the transcripts into ChatGPT, asking it to act as a business coach.
The responses shocked me. They weren’t just answers; they were frameworks, actionable strategies, and even moments of validation. For the first time, I felt like I had an on-demand advisor who helped me clarify ideas instead of drowning in them.
If you’ve ever taken the DISC assessment, I’m a classic high-energy “I/D.” My team? They’re more reserved, methodical, and detail-oriented. Translation: sometimes we speak different languages.
Now, when I need to deliver something important, I run my notes through AI and ask it to translate my tone into a style that fits my team’s communication preferences.
The result? Less friction. More clarity. Stronger collaboration.
This shift wasn’t just about me.
Not everyone on a team is naturally wired for creative content—and that’s okay. By introducing AI as a tool, I was able to empower my operations staff to take on projects they wouldn’t normally feel comfortable with.
Now, they can confidently generate:
Branded blog content
Engaging video scripts
Consistent weekly social media posts
AI unlocked a whole new gear for our team, helping us run lean, efficient, and creative—without sacrificing quality or burning anyone out.
If you’ve ever tried to write a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) from scratch, you know how painful it is.
So, we changed the system. We started recording our training sessions on Zoom, pulling transcripts with Fathom, and feeding the raw content into AI to create clean, repeatable SOPs.
Now, documenting processes takes hours less time—and our training is scalable, repeatable, and accessible.
If you want better results from AI, stop asking it to “just write something.”
Instead, use what I call the RISE Method:
Role – Tell the AI who it is (e.g., “You’re a copywriter.”)
Input – Provide raw notes, data, or stories.
Specifics – Define the format, tone, and length.
Expectations – Explain what success looks like (SEO-friendly, brand voice, clear CTA).
And always end with: “Do you have any questions for me before you start?”
That one tweak alone doubled the quality of my results.
This journey isn’t about replacing humans. It’s about enhancing what makes us human—our creativity, our judgment, our leadership.
When I took the stage at Valley Business Keynote 2025 in front of 400 business leaders, I shared my story. The twist? That entire keynote was co-written with AI.
And that’s the point.
AI didn’t erase my voice. It amplified it.
If you’re still on the fence, here’s my advice:
Start small.
Stay curious.
Invest just one hour a day.
Because the people who learn how to leverage AI today are the ones who won’t be left behind tomorrow.
