He was also always readily available whenever I needed him, which gave me peace of mind and made for a smooth process. Not only does Brad have an extensive knowledge of all the fine details throughout any contract, but he also brings a unique perspective with his eye for design and knowledge of the local/surrounding areas. He also basically knows everyone in the city. So if there is ever something you need that Brad can't help with directly himself (i.e., finances, loans, cleaning, utility services, etc.), he has a long list of great recommendations to get you taken care of ASAP.
