No, Brad fully understands the specific house you are looking for and, along the way, offers suitable suggestions as to why each viewed property suits your needs or does not. Brad is very well versed on ballpark costings associated with a potential new roof, new furnace system, addressing water issues in a basement, and so forth, and he readily informs you as you walk through each property. He is aware of local ‘changes’ about to occur, such as a new subdivision to be added just behind a property you are viewing. But, to us, as if all the above wasn’t enough, Brad gave us (as newcomers to Virginia, relocating from out of state), sound reputable referrals to professionals we needed; namely, a good insurance company to deal with, a trustworthy locksmith, an auto repair shop and the list goes on and on. While Google and Yelp can give insight into a said company, there is nothing like hearing from a trusted experienced realtor/broker who to go to and for what (which one can then contrast against internet reviews).
