If your client is interested in purchasing a townhome in Bridgewater Fields- please read the below in its entirety. Once you provide the details below, we’ll prepare a contract for your client—including all the documents specific to new construction at Bridgewater Fields.

Here’s what to expect:

• Contracts will begin at the base price with all standard features—no upgrades included just yet.
• After going under contract, your client will meet with a Connexa representative to personalize their home with selections and any desired upgrades.

Once selections are finalized, we’ll issue a contract amendment to reflect the updated purchase price, including their chosen upgrades.

The contract and customizations will be sent out to all parties involved. We'll keep you updated every step of the way!

• Purchaser(s) Names for the contract (Please list full legal names for all purchasers)
• Purchaser(s) emails for HOA information and contact (Please separate emails with a comma. Purchaser will not be contacted without buyer’s agent CC’d)
• Purchaser(s) current mailing address
• Lot number of townhome that purchaser would like to buy
• Whether your client is an owner/occupant or investor
• Financing Type and Loan-to-Value Ratio for purchaser’s mortgage
